Abstract
An object of the present invention is to provide a method of detecting a nucleic acid binding protein and a method of screening for a binding inhibitor or promoter for a nucleic acid binding protein. According to the present invention, there is provided a method of detecting binding between a nucleic acid and a nucleic acid binding protein, comprising determining the degree of structural change in a nucleic acid complex having at least two nucleic acid duplex moieties.
Claims26
A method of detecting binding between a nucleic acid and a nucleic acid binding protein, comprising determining the degree of structural change in a nucleic acid complex having at least two nucleic acid duplex moieties, wherein the nucleic acid complex having at least two nucleic acid duplex moieties is a complex comprising the two nucleic acid duplexes bound to each other at their terminal sequences (nucleic acid duplex complex), and wherein the structural change is nucleotide strand exchange between the two nucleic acid duplexes.
