Abstract
A method for producing an optical article includes: forming a first layer that is light-transmissive on an optical substrate directly or with another layer in between; and reducing the resistance of at least a portion of a surface layer of the first layer by ion-assisted deposition of at least one composition selected from the group consisting of titanium, niobium, oxides of titanium, and oxides of niobium.
Claims10
A method for producing an optical article, comprising:
- forming a first layer that is light-transmissive on an optical substrate directly or with another layer in between;
- and
- reducing the resistance of at least a portion of a surface layer of the first layer by ion-assisted deposition of at least one composition selected from the group consisting of titanium, niobium, oxides of titanium, and oxides of niobium.
