A pharmaceutical composition comprising:
- i) from about 20 mg to about 500 mg of a compound of structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- ii) a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle.

- i) from about 2% to about 30% by weight of a compound of structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- ii) from about 70% to about 98% by weight of a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or vehicle.

A method for treating or preventing cancer or an inflammatory disease, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof from about 20 mg to about 500 mg per day of a compound of structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
A kit for treating a subject having cancer or an inflammatory disease, comprising:
- i) from about 20 mg to about 500 mg of a compound of structure:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- ii) instructions for administration of the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to a subject to treat cancer or an inflammatory disease.
