The apparatus is arranged such that an increase in pressure associated with boiling forces heated water into the conduit and then into the dispensing chamber.
Claims55
An apparatus for heating a measured amount of water to boiling, said apparatus comprising a heating chamber, a dispensing chamber and a conduit for conveying water from said heating chamber to an inlet of said dispensing chamber, the apparatus being arranged such that an increase in pressure associated with boiling forces the heated water into the conduit and then into the dispensing chamber.
An apparatus for heating a measured amount of water, said apparatus comprising a heating chamber, a dispensing chamber and a conduit for conveying liquid from said heating chamber to an inlet of said dispensing chamber, wherein said inlet is configured to pass steam from said conduit through water held in the dispensing chamber prior to dispensing.
