Abstract
Disclosed are a sintered body and a thermoelectric conversion material. The sintered body comprises a manganese-based oxide as a main component, and further comprises an oxide A wherein the oxide A represents one or more members selected from among nickel oxides, copper oxide and zinc oxide, and a metal M wherein the metal M represents one or more members selected from among Pd, Ag, Pt and Au.
Claims10
A sintered body comprising a manganese-based oxide as a main component, and further comprising an oxide A wherein the oxide A represents one or more members selected from among nickel oxides, copper oxide and zinc oxide, and a metal M wherein the metal M represents one or more members selected from among Pd, Ag, Pt and Au.
A method for the production of a sintered body for thermoelectric conversion material, the method comprising a step of sintering, at a temperature within the range of from 800° C. to 1100° C. in an oxidizing atmosphere, a molded body comprising a manganese-based oxide, copper oxide and a metal M, wherein the metal M represents one or more members selected from among Pd, Ag, Pt and Au.
