A microbiological production method and equipment for its use

A method to implement a biotechnical microbial process and to form a product, said method comprising the steps of:

• implementing a biotechnical microbial process to a product fluid;
• traveling a process solution in a predetermined direction;

• feeding a gas mixture into said process solution;
• wherein said gas mixture is selected from the group consisting of anaerobic, and oxygen including.

A method to implement a biotechnical microbial process and to form a product, said method comprising the steps of:

• processing a process solution and an inoculum in an inoculum fermentor and precultivation fermentor to produce a microbial cultivation in said process solution;
• transferring said process solution into a production fermentor in a predetermined direction, wherein said production fermentor is divided into section by inclined partitions, in which said process solution travels substantially downwards in an obliquely upwards direction and obliquely downwards direction;
• feeding a gas into said production fermentor at one or more points where said downwardly travelling direction of said traveling process solution changes to said upwardly travelling direction, said gas being selected from the group consisting of anaerobic, and oxygen including;
• and
• recovering of gaseous fractions where said travelling direction of said process solution turns downwards through discharge outlets;
• wherein said partitions are configured to arrange continuous measurements covering a section of said production fermentor, said measurements being selected from the group consisting of spectophotometric, and calorimetric.
