Abstract
An object including at least one graphic element, including at least one at least partly transparent substrate, at least one face of which includes recesses forming a pattern of the graphic element filled with the at least one material, the face of the substrate being fixed to at least one face of at least one support by wafer bonding, the substrate and the support forming a monolithic structure.

An object comprising:
- at least one graphic element, comprising at least one at least partly transparent substrate, at least one face of which comprises recesses forming a pattern of the graphic element filled with at least one material,
- the face of the substrate being fixed to at least one face of at least one support by wafer bonding, the substrate and the support forming a monolithic structure.
A method for making an object including at least one graphic element, comprising:
- a) etching at least one face of at least one partly transparent substrate according to a pattern of the graphic element, forming recesses on the face;
- b) depositing at least one material at least in the recesses formed in the face of the substrate;
- and
- c) fixing the face of the substrate including the recesses to at least one face of at least one support by wafer bonding, the substrate and the support forming a monolithic structure.
The method according to claim 11, the depositing b) comprising depositing a layer including the material onto the face of the substrate including the recesses and in the recesses, and mechanochemical polishing of the layer including the material with a stop on the face of the substrate, only letting material portions of the layer positioned in the recesses subsist.
