Claims36
A patient-specific implant for a patient's knee, the implant comprising:
- a condyle implant portion having a bone-facing surface configured to oppose at least a portion of the femoral condyle and joint-facing surface configured to provide an articular surface;
- and
- wherein at least a portion of the bone-facing surface has a shape configured to abut femoral condyle;
- and
- wherein the joint-facing surface has a three-dimensional shape that is configured to substantially match the shape of at least a portion of an articular surface of the femoral condyle.

A patient-specific knee implant for a patient's knee joint, the implant comprising:
- a femoral implant having a bone-abutting surface portion and an articular surface portion;
- and
- wherein at least a portion of the bone-abutting surface is sized to abut the femoral condyle of the patient's knee joint;
- and
- wherein the articular surface has a three-dimensional size and shape that substantially matches the size and shape of at least a portion of an articular surface of the femoral condyle of the patient's knee joint.

A patient-specific implant for a patient's knee joint, the implant comprising:
- a femoral implant having a bone-abutting surface portion and an articular surface portion;
- and
- wherein at least a portion of the bone-abutting surface conforms to a corresponding portion of a femoral condyle of the patient's knee joint;
- and
- wherein the articular surface has a three-dimensional size and shape including a first portion that substantially matches a corresponding articular surface portion of the femoral condyle and further including a second portion that substantially matches an approximated healthy articular surface of the femoral condyle.
