Abstract
A fabric includes a woven plastic base layer, a first coating layer including a plastic applied to one side of the woven plastic base layer, and a second coating layer including a plastic applied to the other side of the woven plastic base layer. The fabric further includes a first exterior layer including a plastic applied to the first coating layer, and a second exterior layer including a plastic applied to the second coating layer.

A fabric, comprising:
- a woven plastic base layer comprising a multi-filament scrim,
- a first coating layer comprising a plastic applied to one side of the woven plastic base layer,
- a second coating layer comprising a plastic applied to the other side of the woven plastic base layer,
- a first exterior layer comprising a plastic applied to the first coating layer, and
- a second exterior layer comprising a plastic applied to the second coating layer.
