The invention encompasses among other things antibodies including cytotoxic antibodies such as anti-CD20 having avian N-linked glycosylation patterns obtained from egg white of eggs laid by transgenic avians.

A composition comprising cytotoxic antibody produced in a transgenic avian.
A composition comprising isolated cytotoxic antibody molecules wherein the cytotoxic antibody molecules are produced in a transgenic chicken oviduct cell and are isolated from egg white of the transgenic chicken which contains a transgene encoding the cytotoxic antibodies.
A composition comprising isolated anti-CD20 having an avian derived glycosylation pattern.
A composition comprising an anti-CD20 antibody containing a glycosylation pattern wherein the anti-CD20 is produced in an oviduct cell of an avian.
A method of treating a patient comprising administering to a patient a therapeutically effective amount of anti-CD20 obtained from a transgenic avian.
A method of making glycosylated anti-CD20 comprising producing a transgenic avian which contains a transgene encoding anti-CD20 wherein the anti-CD20 is packaged into a hard shell egg laid by the avian and the anti-CD20 in isolated from the egg.
