Abstract
The present invention provides an antibody directed to an epitope of a G-protein coupled receptor, wherein the antibody binds to the extracellular N-terminal region of the receptor and the binding of the antibody to the G-protein coupled receptor induces receptor internalization in cells.
Claims20
An antibody directed to an epitope of a G-protein coupled receptor, wherein the antibody binds to the extracellular N-terminal region of the receptor and the binding of the antibody to the G-protein coupled receptor induces receptor internalization in cells, wherein the receptor belongs to GPCR class C.
