Abstract
The present disclosure relates to compounds, compositions and methods for the treatment of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions containing such compounds and methods for using these compounds in the treatment of HCV infection.

A compound of Formula (I)
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein
- R1 is selected from hydrogen, —C(O)RE, and
- R2 and R2a are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, and aryl;
- R3 is cycloalkyl;
- R3a is cycloalkyl;
- R4 and R5 are independently selected from hydrogen and alkyl;
- wherein the alkyl can optionally form a fused three- to six-membered ring with an adjacent carbon atom or optionally form a spirocyclic three- to six-membered ring with the carbon to which it is attached;
- and
- R6 is selected from alkoxy, alkyl, arylalkoxy, arylalkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, heterocyclylalkyl, (NRCRd)alkenyl, and (NRcRd)alkyl.
