Abstract
Magnetic resonance systems, devices, methods, and compositions are provided. A nuclear magnetic resonance imaging composition includes, but is not limited to, a plurality of target-selective ferromagnetic microstructures configured to generate a time-invariant magnetic field within at least a portion of one or more internal surface-defined voids.
Claims47
An imaging system, comprising:
- a plurality of ferromagnetic microstructures, one or more of the plurality of ferromagnetic microstructures including a first internal surface defining one or more voids, at least one of the one or more voids configured to be accessible to a biological sample, the one or more of the plurality of ferromagnetic microstructures including a sufficient amount of one or more ferromagnetic materials to generate a time-invariant magnetic field within at least a portion of at least one of the one or more voids.

A method for obtaining a non-external magnetic field resonance image of a region within a biological subject, comprising:
- detecting a spatial distribution of a magnetic resonance event associated with one or more net nuclear spin isotopes exposed to a plurality of target-selective microstructures configured to generate a static magnetic field within one or more surface-defined voids and to affect a magnetic resonance relaxation process associated with the net nuclear spin isotopes interrogated by the generated static magnetic field;
A method, comprising:
- detecting a magnetic resonance event associated with one or more nuclear magnetic resonance detectable nuclei exposed to a static magnetic field within one or more surface-defined voids of a plurality of target-selective microstructures.
