Abstract
A modulated watering system includes a timer for powering at least one solenoid valve and a controller for modulating power provided to the solenoid valve and an adjuster, in communication with the controller, for changing the modulation.
Claims9
A modulated watering system comprising:
- a timer for powering at least one solenoid valve;
- a controller, disposed in said timer, for modulating the power provided to the solenoid valve;
- and
- an adjuster, in connection with said controller for changing the modulation.
The device according to claim 7 wherein said remote control is configured for communication via the Internet.
A method for controlling an irrigation system, the method comprising:
- setting an irrigation timer to power a solenoid valve for a selected water duration;
- and
- modulating power to the solenoid valve during the selected water duration.
The method according to claim 7 further comprising selecting periodicity of power interruption before periodically interrupting power.
