Remote monitoring system

A remote monitoring system comprising:

• an operating data receiving device connected via a line to a management device that manages a facility device or to the facility device, with the operating data receiving device being configured to receive, as one set of operating data, failure data transmitted from the facility device or the management device;
• a failure report transmitting section configured to transmit a failure report associated with the failure data to a concerned party, the concerned party being
• a remote monitoring system manager,
• a person in charge of maintenance, and
• a user when the failure report transmitting section has received the failure data;
• a new failure determining section configured to determine whether or not the failure data are new;
• a repair progress data generating section configured to generate repair progress data using repair progress of the failure as a first state when the failure data are new;
• and
• a repair progress updating section configured to update the concerned party and to input the repair progress of the repair progress data from the first state to a second state differing from the first state,
• the failure report transmitting section being further configured to stop transmission of the failure report when the repair progress is the second state.
