Systems, methods and machine-readable mediums for submitting electronic loan applications to a lending institution with real-time commercial and financial data

A method for matching a borrower to one or more lending institutions, the method comprising:

• storing, in a storage device, commercial data and financial data for a plurality of businesses and selection criteria data for a plurality of lending institutions, the commercial data comprises a business' commercial activity information selected from a group consisting of invoices, purchase orders, service orders, receipts, titles and contracts;
• at a processor, receiving a loan application from at least one of the plurality of businesses;
• generating a report on a financial condition of at least one of the plurality of businesses based on the financial data and the commercial data;
• providing code instructions to the processor to apply the selection criteria data to filter the at least one of the plurality of businesses based on its financial condition and to automatically select one or more lending institutions from the plurality of lending institutions;
• and
• transmitting the report and the loan application to a lending institution terminal for each of the selected lending institutions.

A computer readable medium having stored thereon a set of instructions, which when executed by a computer having a processor and a memory, cause the computer to perform operations, comprising:

• transmitting a lending institution's selection criteria data from a lending institution terminal to a remote processor;
• receiving, from the remote processor, a loan application and a report based on a borrower's real-time commercial data and a borrower's real-time financial data, the loan application matching the lending institution's selection criteria data, the real-time commercial data comprises substantially up-to date commercial activity information including invoices, purchase orders, service orders, receipts, titles and contracts, the real-time financial data comprises substantially up-to date financial activity information;
• and
• transmitting a bid for a credit or a loan from a lending institution terminal to the remote processor.
