Method of heating target device in computer system

A method adapted to heat a target device of a computer system by a heater equipped therein to reach a target temperature through a plurality of temperature intervals, each of the temperature intervals having a preset interval temperature respectively, the method comprising the steps of:

• (a) sensing the current device temperature of the target device;
• (b) comparing the current device temperature of the target device and the current preset interval temperature of the current temperature interval to obtain a phase difference;
• (c) adjusting a heating power of the heater applied to the target device according to the phase difference;
• (d) heating the target device by the adjusted heating power;
• (e) increasing progressively the current preset interval temperature of the current temperature interval by a preset temperature rising value to obtain the next preset interval temperature of the next temperature interval;
• and
• (f) repeating from the step (a) to the step (e) until the preset interval temperature reaching the target temperature.
