Abstract
The present invention relates to a process for providing improved polymerizable compositions containing phosphoalkyl (meth)acrylate monomers which are synthesized by the reaction of a hydroxy alkyl (meth)acrylate with polyphosphoric acid (PPA).
Claims9
1) A process for providing improved polymerizable compositions comprising reacting at least one hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate with at least one polyphosphoric acid in the presence of at least one solvent wherein the at least one solvent is either a polymerizable solvent or a protic organic solvent.
