A method of treating cancer is described including administration of a 4-quinazolineamine and at least one other anti-neoplastic agent as well as a pharmaceutical combination including the 4-quinazolineamines.

A method of treating breast cancer in a mammal, comprising administering to said mammal a therapeutically effective amount of:
- (a) a compound of formula II:
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof;
- and
- (b) 5-fluorouracil.
