Abstract
The present invention provides a heterocyclic compound having a strong Raf inhibitory activity, which is represented by the following formula wherein each substituent is as defined in the present specification, or a salt thereof.

A compound represented by the formula
- wherein
- R1c is acyl, or a cyclic group optionally having substituent(s);
- R2c is an aromatic hydrocarbon group optionally having substituent(s);
- R4c is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a group via a carbon atom, a group via a nitrogen atom, a group via an oxygen atom, or a group via a sulfur atom;
- Xc is —CO—, —CR5cR6c— wherein R5c and R6c are the same or different and each is a hydrogen atom, a group via a carbon atom, a group via a nitrogen atom, a group via an oxygen atom or a group via a sulfur atom, —NR7c— wherein R7c is a hydrogen atom, or a group via a carbon atom, —O—, —S—, —S(O)— or —S(O)2—;
- Yc is —NH—, —NHCO—, —CONH— or —NHCONH—;
- Zc is —S—, —O— or —NR8c— wherein R8c is a hydrogen atom, or a group via a carbon atom;
- Qc is ═CR3c— wherein R3c is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a group via a carbon atom, a group via a nitrogen atom, a group via an oxygen atom, or a group via a sulfur atom, or ═N—;
- and
- ring Ac is a ring optionally further having substituent(s), provided that when Zc is —NH— and Qc is ═CH—, then Yc is not —NHCONH—
- or a salt thereof.
