• R2 and R3 are independently selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, C1-4 alkyl, SR4a, S(O)R4a, and S(O)2R4a;
• R4 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, OR4a, SR4a, S(O)R4a, S(O)2R4a, NR4aR4b, CO2R4a,
• wherein each of these ring systems is optionally substituted with from 1 to 3 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, amino, oxo, C1-8 alkyl, C1-8 haloalkyl, hydroxy, C1-8 alkoxy, heterocycloalkyl, heteroaryl and heteroaryl-C1-4 alkyl;
• each R4a or R4b) is independently hydrogen or C1-4 alkyl, optionally substituted with from 1 to 2 substituents independently selected from the group consisting of halogen, hydroxyl, alkoxy, heterocyclyl, oxo, amino and carboxyl;
• R6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, halogen, and C1-4 alkyl;
• the subscript n is an integer from 0 to 2;
• the wavy line indicates the point of attachment to the rest of the molecule;
• or a pharmaceutically acceptable ester or salt thereof.
