Abstract
The thermoplastic polyurethane comprises an inorganic additive, at least 70% of the particles of the inorganic additive having a maximum particle diameter smaller than 75% of the fiber diameter of the thermoplastic polyurethane.
Claims21
A fiber comprising a thermoplastic polyurethane and particles of an inorganic additive, wherein at least 70% of the particles of the inorganic additive have a maximum particle diameter smaller than 75% of the fiber diameter of the thermoplastic polyurethane.
(canceled)
A process for producing nonwoven based on thermoplastic polyurethane, comprising processing a thermoplastic polyurethane and particles of an inorganic additive, wherein at least 70% of the particles of the inorganic additive have a maximum particle diameter smaller than 75% of the fiber diameter of the thermoplastic polyurethane, by a meltblown or spunbond process to form the nonwoven.
(canceled)
A process for producing a fiber based on a thermoplastic polyurethane, comprising processing a thermoplastic polyurethane and particles of an inorganic additive, wherein at least 70% of the particles of the inorganic additive have a maximum particle diameter smaller than 75% of the fiber diameter of the thermoplastic polyurethane, by melt spinning to form the fiber.
