The present invention provides method and compositions for modulating angiogenesis.

Dependent claims

A method of modulating angiogenesis in a subject, the method comprising administering to the subject an antibody that binds to a CCX-CKR2 polypeptide and competes with SDF-1 or I-TAC for binding to the CCX-CKR2 polypeptide.
