Dependent claims

A composition comprising measles virus, wherein said composition is sterile, has a volume greater than 500 mL, and has a measles virus titer greater than 106 TCID50 per mL, wherein said composition comprises less than 750 μg total protein per mL and less than 1 μg of host cell DNA per mL, wherein said composition is free of bovine serum albumin, and wherein the maximum length of the non-viral DNA of said composition is less than 500 bp.
