The invention provides a cosmetic composition for topical use having anti-radical properties and including at least one plant extract of natural origin in a cosmetically acceptable medium, the composition being characterized in that said at least one plant extract of natural origin is insoluble.

A cosmetic composition for topical use having anti-radical properties and including at least one plant extract of natural origin in a cosmetically acceptable medium, the composition being characterized in that said at least one plant extract of natural origin is insoluble.
A method of imparting to a cosmetic composition for topical use anti-radical properties, which comprises including in such composition an insoluble plant extract of natural origin as an anti-radical agent.
