X-ray optical grating and method for the production thereof, and x-ray detector embodying same

X-ray-optical grating comprising:

• a first material forming grating webs of a grating arranged in parallel that are connected at one end of the grating webs with one another by a flat substrate layer made from the first material, with grating openings between the grating webs;
• a second material forming grating webs in the grating openings of the first material;
• the grating webs of the second material being connected by a flat cover layer a side of the grating facing away from the substrate layer;
• and
• the grating webs of the first material fitting exactly into the grating openings of the second material, and the grating webs of the second material fitting exactly into the grating openings of the first material.

A radiation detector system for projection or tomographic x-ray dark field imaging or x-ray planar contrast imaging, comprising:

• a source grating that generates a bundle of quasi-coherent x-rays;
• a phase grid that deflects said bundle of quasi-coherent x-rays to generate an interference pattern;
• an analysis grating that determines phase shifts and scatter ratios;
• a radiation-sensitive detector;
• and
• at least one of said source grating, said phase grating and said analysis grating comprising a first material forming grating webs of a grating arranged in parallel that are connected at one end of the grating webs with one another by a flat substrate layer made from the first material, with grating openings between the grating webs, a second material forming grating webs in the grating openings of the first material, the grating webs of the second material being connected by a flat cover layer a side of the grating facing away from the substrate layer, and the grating webs of the first material fitting exactly into the grating openings of the second material, and the grating webs of the second material fitting exactly into the grating openings of the first material.
