Abstract
A method and apparatus to provide a bi-directional constant impedance filter. Embodiments include electric networks which give filter responses while presenting a constant impedance to a signal received at either an input or an output port for a plurality of frequencies.
Claims26
An apparatus comprising:
- a first bi-directional constant impedance filter.
A method comprising:
- receiving a signal at a first port of a filter;
- presenting a constant impedance to the signal received at the first port for a plurality of frequencies;
- receiving a signal at a second port of the filter;
- presenting the same constant impedance to the signal received at the second port for a plurality of frequencies.

- means for receiving a signal sent from a source to a load;
- and
- means for presenting a constant impedance to the received signal for a plurality of frequencies, regardless of whether the first or the second port is connected to the source.
