Abstract
A sensor product web for electric field sensing. The sensor includes a substrate, sequential electrically conductive areas on a surface of the substrate, conductors, an output connected to the electrically conductive areas by one of the conductors, and a via extending through the substrate, forming an electrically conductive path connecting the electrically conductive areas to the output by the conductor on a reverse surface of the substrate.

A sensor product web for electric field sensing, the sensor comprising:
- a substrate;
- sequential electrically conductive areas on a surface of the substrate;
- conductors;
- an output connected to one of the electrically conductive areas by one of the conductors;
- and
- a via extending through the substrate, forming an electrically conductive path connecting the electrically conductive areas to the output by the conductor on a reverse surface of the substrate.
