Abstract
A method and a device for producing filter inserts (1), in particular filter inserts (1) for preparing a coffee or tea filtrate, including the continuous folding (A) of a filter paper sheet (2) into a double layer (3), partially binding (B) the double layer (3) to a plurality of interconnected filter inserts (1) using at least one stamped seam (4) and separating (D) the interconnected filter inserts (1) from the filter paper sheet (2). The filter inserts (1) are provided with a label (5) after folding (A).

Method for producing filter inserts comprising the steps of:
- continuously folding a filter paper sheet into a double layer,
- partially binding the double layer to a plurality of interconnected filter inserts using at least one stamped seam, and
- separating the interconnected filter inserts from the filter paper sheet, and
- stamping the folded filter inserts with a label.
Device for producing filter inserts of a filter paper sheet, comprising:
- a folding device for folding the filter paper sheet into a double layer,
- a first stamping device for partially binding the double layer,
- a second stamping device for labeling the filter inserts, and
- a cutting device for separating the filter inserts from the double layer,
- wherein the filter paper sheet is foldable into a double layer with the folding device, can be bound together by a stamped seam with the first stamping device which is arranged after the folding device, is labeled by stamping with the second stamping device which is arranged following the first stamping device for binding and separated by the cutting device which is arranged subsequent to the second stamping device for labeling, and wherein the first stamping device comprises a first pair of stamping rollers, the second stamping device comprises a second pair of stamping rollers and the cutting device comprises a pair of cutting rollers.
Device for producing filter inserts, comprising:
- a folding device,
- a pair of stamping rollers and
- a pair of cutting rollers constructed for producing a binding stamped seam and a non-binding label.
Device for producing filter inserts, comprising:
- a folding device,
- a pair of stamping rollers for binding, and
- a pair of cutting rollers,
- wherein a non-binding label is producible with the pair of cutting rollers.
Device for producing filter inserts, comprising:
- a folding device, and
- a pair of stamping rollers,
- wherein the pair of stamping rollers comprise an elastic surface section for stamping a label and a rigid surface section with at least one of projections and recesses for stamping stamped seams.
