Abstract
One relatively small room, to be located in any new or existing Building/, Living unit/, this room is to be well insulated and equipped with an outdoor fresh air supplier system and shall be heated or cooled independent of the main unit. This room shall be used in the case of an electric outage or any other type of emergency situation.

That in one at any living unit, what room shall be very good insulated, a special hot water heater shall be installed, connected to the hot water system, to be used during an electrical outage and unavoidable needs to some owners or tenants. The special hot water heater is also equipped with gravity outdoor air supplier, to compensate for minimized volume of the room.
