Abstract
An ultra-thin film electrode including at least one electrically conductive layer disposed upon an adhesive layer that is carried by a substrate.
Claims36
An ultra-thin electrode comprising:
- a substrate;
- an adhesive layer formed from a material that includes zirconium deposited upon said substrate;
- and
- an electrically conductive layer deposited upon said adhesive layer that is formed from a material having an excellent thermal stability and a high melting temperature.
