## Abstract

To realize a resin composition which enables formation of a film having excellent film formability and bending resistance and having a small retardation. A resin composition of the present invention comprises: an acrylic resin as a main component; and organic fine particles whose average particle diameter ranges from 0.01 μm to 1 μm, wherein a glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin ranges from 110° C. to 200° C., and each of the organic fine particles has a structural unit of a vinyl cyanide monomer and a structural unit of an aromatic vinyl monomer.

## Claims

### Claim 1

A resin composition, comprising:
an acrylic resin as a main component; and
organic fine particles whose average particle diameter ranges from 0.01 μm to 1 μm, wherein:
a glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin ranges from 110° C. to 200° C.,
each of the organic fine particles has a core-shell structure, and a core of the core-shell structure is crosslinked, and
a shell of the core-shell structure has a structural unit of a vinyl cyanide monomer and a structural unit of an aromatic vinyl monomer.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

The resin composition as set forth in claim 1, obtained by melting an extrusion after filtration with a polymer filter.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

The resin composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein a film made of the resin composition has an in-plane retardation of 10 nm or less per 100 μm thickness.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

The resin composition as set forth in claim 3, wherein the film is obtained by stretching the resin composition 1.5 times.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

The resin composition as set forth in claim 1, wherein the acrylic resin has a lactone ring structure.

### Claim 6

### Claim 8

A film, comprising a resin composition, the resin composition comprising:
an acrylic resin as a main component; and
organic fine particles whose average particle diameter ranges from 0.01 μm to 1 μm, wherein:
a glass transition temperature of the acrylic resin ranges from 110° C. to 200° C.,
each of the organic fine particles has a core-shell structure, and a core of the core-shell structure is crosslinked, and
a shell of the core-shell structure has a structural unit of a vinyl cyanide monomer and a structural unit of an aromatic vinyl monomer.

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

The film as set forth in claim 8, wherein the number of foreign substances whose particle diameter is 20 μm or more is 1000/m2 or less.
