Also provided are beverages, food products and methods of consumption. ## Claims ### Claim 1 A nutritional composition, comprising: a source of tryptophan, wherein the source of the tryptophan is one or more of a protein and the free amino acid or salt thereof; and one or more components selected from the group consisting of: a caseinate; magnesium lactate; magnesium gluconate; zinc lactate; and zinc gluconate. ### Claim at position 2 2-4.
