## Abstract

The invention relates to a wind generator for generating power thanks to the force of the wind or a stream of water. The invention includes a rotor provided with 2, 3 or 4 semi-frustoconical twisted blades practically parallel to the rotation axis, which is horizontal. It is silent, starts with a low-speed wind and can operate in very strong winds. It requires a very short mast, thereby considerably reducing the visual impact on the countryside and the environmental disturbance. It may be intended for dwellings, individual houses, ships, caravans, but also for agricultural uses or any other applications requiring electric power or the like.

## Claims

### Claim 1

Device for generating energy using force of wind, said device comprising:
a pod;
a mobile structure;
a mast supporting a wind generator assembly; and
a rotor, having semi-truncated blades being quasi parallel to an axis of rotation thereof, said semi-truncated blades having a shape of a given height H of a cone trunk, base B1 with a diameter D1 equal to 0.25 times the height and the top B2 with a diameter D2 equal to 0.083 times the height.

### Claim 2 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1 characterized wherein said axis of rotation is horizontal and in a direction of the wind.

### Claim 3 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1, wherein said rotor is equipped with two or four blades.

### Claim 4 (depends on 3)

Device according to claim 3, wherein the blades are fastened around the axis of rotation in a diametrically opposed manner.

### Claim 5 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1, wherein said rotor is equipped with three blades.

### Claim 6 (depends on 5)

Device according to claim 5, wherein the blades are fastened and oriented around an axis at an angle of 120° in relation to each other.

### Claim 7 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1, wherein each blade presents an angle of inclination ψ between 10° and 16° in relation to the axis of rotation of the rotor.

### Claim 8 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1, wherein the semi-truncated blades are oriented around the axis of rotation with a twisting angle (β).

### Claim 9 (depends on 8)

Device according to claim 8, wherein said twisting angle is between 20° and 30° in relation to base B1.

### Claim 10 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1, wherein the base B1 presents an angle of inclination equal to 11° in relation to the plane (x, y).

### Claim 11 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1, wherein top B2 presents an angle of inclination equal to 9° in relation to the plane (x, y).

### Claim 12 (depends on 1)

Device according to claim 1, further comprising:
a speed-regulating vane positioned at a rear end of each blade.
