Abstract
Exemplary embodiments include methods and systems for monitoring and analyzing tickets including collecting data associated with one or more parameters/keywords of tickets. The methods and systems may also include determining if a number of tickets associated the one or more parameters/keywords exceeds a count threshold associated with the one or more parameters. The methods and systems may further include outputting a result of the analysis of the collected data.

A system comprising:
- a collector module configured to collect data associated with one or more parameters/keywords of tickets;
- an analytical module configured to count a number of the tickets associated with the one or more parameters/keywords based at least in part on the collected data;
- and
- a presentation module configured to output a result of the analysis of the collected data.
A method, comprising:
- collecting data associated with one or more parameters/keywords of tickets;
- analyzing the collected data, including counting a number of tickets associated the one or more parameters/keywords;
- and
- outputting a result of the analysis of the collected data.
