Compounds of the formula I: or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, wherein m, n, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5 and Ra are as defined herein. Also disclosed are methods of making the compounds and using the compounds for treatment of diseases associated with the P2X7 purinergic receptor.

A compound of formula I:
- or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof,
- wherein:
- m is 0 or 1;
- n is 0 or 1;
- R1 is:
- optionally substituted aryl;
- R2 is:
- optionally substituted aryl;
- optionally substituted heteroaryl;
- C3-6cycloalkyl;
- or
- R2 is C1-6alkyl;
- R3 is:
- hydrogen;
- C1-6alkyl;
- alkylcarbonylalkyl;
- or
- alkoxycarbonylalkyl;
- R4 and R5 each independently is:
- hydrogen;
- or
- C1-6alkyl;
- and
- Ra is:
- hydrogen;
- C1-6alkyl;
- hydroxy-C1-6alkyl;
