Abstract
The present invention provides humanized, chimeric and human anti-CSAp antibodies and anti-CSAp antibody fusion proteins that are useful for the treatment and diagnosis of various cancers, including colon cancer.

A composition comprising an anti-CSAp antibody or fragment thereof, wherein the anti-CSAp antibody binds to the same epitope of CSAp as an Mu-9 antibody, wherein the Mu-9 antibody comprises the light chain complementarity determining region (CDR) sequences CDR1 (RSSQSIVHSNGNTYLE, SEQ ID NO:1), CDR2 (KVSNRFS, SEQ ID NO:2) and CDR3 (FQGSRVPYT, SEQ ID NO:3) and the heavy chain CDR sequences CDR1 (EYVIT, SEQ ID NO:4), CDR2 (EIYPGSGSTSYNEKFK, SEQ ID NO:5) and CDR3 (EDL).
