Abstract
A method for transmitting/processing data in a wireless communication system, and a transmitter are disclosed. A method processing method for data transmission at a transmitting side of a wireless communication system employing multiple carriers comprises performing a symbol mapping process on a binary data sequence, and generating a symbol sequence, converting the symbol sequence into a time-domain symbol using a plurality of sub-carriers having a variable sub-carrier spacing therebetween, and adding a cyclic prefix to the time-domain symbol.
Claims19
A method for transmitting data over a network of a wireless communication system employing multiple carriers, the method comprising:
- transmitting first data, which has been converted into a time-domain signal by sub-carriers having a first sub-carrier spacing therebetween, to at least one user equipment (UE);
- and
- transmitting second data, which has been converted into a time-domain signal by sub-carriers having a second sub-carrier spacing therebetween, to at least one user equipment (UE), the second sub-carrier spacing being different from the first sub-carrier spacing.
A data processing method for data transmission at a transmitting side of a wireless communication system employing multiple carriers, the method comprising:
- performing a symbol mapping process on a binary data sequence to generate a symbol sequence;
- converting the symbol sequence into a time-domain symbol using a plurality of sub-carriers having a variable sub-carrier spacing therebetween;
- and
- adding a cyclic prefix to the time-domain symbol.
A transmission apparatus for use in a wireless communication system employing multiple carriers, the apparatus comprising:
- a symbol mapping module for performing a symbol mapping process on a binary data sequence to generate a symbol sequence;
- a frequency-time conversion module for converting the symbol sequence into a time-domain symbol using a plurality of sub-carriers having a variable sub-carrier spacing therebetween;
- and
- a cyclic prefix (CP) addition module for adding a cyclic prefix to the time-domain symbol.
