Abstract
The Invention relates to a method for producing a solid support coated by a metal Layer to which an SiOx layer provided with a uniform and stable thickness is applied, wherein said solid support makes it possible to determine the pretense of a compound on the surface thereof by means of Surface Plasmon Resonance (≦SPR ≧).
Claims37
Manufacturing process comprising a solid support covered with a metal layer on which an SiOx layer is deposited, of a uniform and stable thickness, with said support permitting determination through surface plasma resonance (“SPR”), the presence of a compound capable of binding specifically to a target compound present on the surface of said support, said SiOx layer being deposited with Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (“PECVD”).
