Abstract
A display includes: a panel in which a plurality of pixels emitting light in response to a video signal are arranged; a light-receiving sensor outputting a light-reception signal in accordance with the light-emission of each pixel; calculation means for calculating correction data on the basis of the light-receiving signal; and drive control means for correcting the video signal on the basis of the correction data, wherein the light-receiving sensor is adhered to an outermost substrate constituting the panel by using a material with a refractive index which is equal to or smaller than that of the substrate.
Claims7
A display comprising:
- a panel in which a plurality of pixels emitting light in response to a video signal are arranged;
- a light-receiving sensor outputting a light-reception signal in accordance with the light-emission of each pixel;
- calculation means for calculating correction data on the basis of the light-receiving signal;
- and
- drive control means for correcting the video signal on the basis of the correction data,
- wherein the light-receiving sensor is adhered to an outermost substrate constituting the panel by using a material with a refractive index which is equal to or smaller than that of the substrate.
A display comprising:
- a panel in which a plurality of pixels emitting light in response to a video signal are arranged;
- a light-receiving sensor outputting a light-reception signal in accordance with the light-emission of each pixel;
- a calculation unit configured to calculate correction data on the basis of the light-receiving signal;
- and
- a drive control unit configured to correct the video signal on the basis of the correction data,
- wherein the light-receiving sensor is adhered to an outermost substrate constituting the panel by using a material with a refractive index which is equal to or smaller than that of the substrate.
