Solar Powered Electrical Energy Generating Device

An apparatus for producing electrical power comprising:

• a plurality of primary batteries connected across an electrical load, said plurality of primary batteries including a first bank of primary batteries and a second bank of primary batteries;
• at least one primary battery charging unit, each said at least one primary battery charging unit being electrically connected to said primary batteries for charging said primary batteries;
• a source of electrical power connected to at least one said primary battery charging unit;
• and
• a battery charging control, said battery charging control connected to and controlling said primary battery charging units to effect a charge cycle, said charge cycle having a charge mode and a rest mode, said battery charging control effects said charge mode to said first bank of said plurality of primary batteries and simultaneously effects said rest mode to said second bank of said primary batteries, said battery charging control then effects said rest mode to said first bank of batteries and simultaneously effects said charge mode to said second bank of said plurality of primary batteries, said charging control continuously switching said charge cycle between said first and said second banks of primary batteries whereby said first bank of batteries alternates between a charge mode and a rest mode and said second bank of batteries alternates between a charge mode and a rest mode.
