A method of bonding flexible printed conductor tracks, which comprises bonding said flexible printed conductor tracks with a heat-activable adhesive tape having an adhesive comprised of
- a. an acid- or acid anhydride-modified acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer;
- and
- b. an epoxy resin,
- the weight ratio of the two components a/b being greater than 1.5, and no additional nonpolymer hardener.
A method for bonding an article to polyimide, which comprises bonding said article to said polyimide with a heat-activable adhesive tape having an adhesive comprised of
- c. an acid- or acid anhydride-modified acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer, and
- d. an epoxy resin,
- the weight ratio of the two components a/b being greater than 1.5, and no additional nonpolymer hardener.
