Deodorizing filter and excreta receptacle having the same

A deodorizing filter comprising a laminate of, as sequentially superimposed one upon another,

• a deodorizing layer,
• a breathable waterproof layer covering a one-side surface of the deodorizing layer,
• a porous material layer covering a one-side surface of the breathable waterproof layer, and
• a cover layer covering a one-side surface of the porous material layer and having through-holes,
• wherein gas may pass through the through-holes of the cover layer, the porous material layer, the breathable waterproof layer and the deodorizing layer in the given order.

A deodorizing filter comprising a laminate of, as sequentially superimposed one upon another,

• a deodorizing layer,
• a breathable waterproof layer covering a one-side surface of the deodorizing layer,
• a porous material layer covering a one-side surface of the breathable waterproof layer, and
• a cover layer covering a one-side surface of the porous material layer and having through-holes,
• wherein the peripheral parts of the laminate are sealed up all together under compression so as to protect the laminate from gas penetration through the peripheral parts thereof and the surface of the cover layer forms a curved surface, and
• wherein the laminate undergoes elastic deformation when its surface is pressed, and gas may pass through the through-holes of the cover layer, the porous material layer, the breathable waterproof layer and the deodorizing layer in the given order.
