#The present invention relates to a battery pack.

#Referring to FIGS. 1a, 1b and 2, a battery pack 100 in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention includes a bare cell 110, a circuit module 120, a first lead plate 132, second lead plates 134, an electromagnetic shielding tape 140, a bop antenna 150 and a PTC device 160, an upper cover 170, a lower cover 180 and a label 190.
