Abstract
Novel skin moisturizing compositions are applied onto dry skin, particularly mild to moderately dry skin, are non-irritating and contain at least one natural moisturizing factor, butyrospermum parkii, at least one silicone, and Panthenol.

A less irritating skin moisturizing composition comprising at least one natural moisturizing factor, butyrospermum parkii, at least one silicone, and Panthenol, formulated into a topically applicable, pharmaceutically acceptable medium therefor.
