Kit of parts for treating a malignant pathology, an auto-immune disease or an infectious disease, comprising an effector cell which expresses the FcγRIII receptor (CD16) on its surface, and a monoclonal antibody, the affinity of the Fc region of said monoclonal antibody for CD16 being greater than the affinity of the Fc region of the polyclonal immunoglobulins for CD16.

A kit of parts for treating a malignant pathology, an auto-immune disease or an infectious disease, comprising an effector cell which expresses the FcγRIII receptor (CD16) on its surface, and a monoclonal antibody, in which the affinity of the Fc region of said monoclonal antibody for CD16 is greater than the affinity of the Fc region of the polyclonal immunoglobulins for CD16.
