A skin lightening additive, the skin lightening additive comprising an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor.
A cosmetic composition comprising:
- (a) a skin lightening agent comprising a skin lightening additive which is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor;
- and
- (b) a cosmetically acceptable carrier.
