Abstract
An apparatus includes a planar heater. The planar heater includes a heating element and two electrodes. The two electrodes are electrically connected to the heating element. At least one of the two electrodes includes a carbon nanotube structure. The carbon nanotube structure includes at least one carbon nanotube film or at least one linear carbon nanotube structure.

An apparatus comprising a planar heater, the planar heater comprising:
- a heating element;
- and
- two electrodes electrically connected to the heating element, wherein at least one of the two electrodes comprises of a carbon nanotube structure, and the carbon nanotube structure comprises of at least one carbon nanotube film or at least one linear carbon nanotube structure.
An apparatus comprising a planar heater, the planar heater comprising:
- a planar supporter;
- a heating-reflective layer disposed on a surface of the planar supporter;
- a heating element disposed on a surface of the heating-reflective layer, and the heating-reflective layer disposed between the planar supporter and the heating element;
- a protecting layer, the protecting layer disposed on a surface of the heating element;
- and
- at least two electrodes electrically connected to the heating element, wherein at least one of the at least two electrodes comprises of a carbon nanotube structure, and the carbon nanotube structure comprises of at least one carbon nanotube film or one linear carbon nanotube structure, the carbon nanotube film or the linear carbon nanotube structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes combined by van der Waals attractive force.
