Abstract
An article is disclosed which constitutes a multilayered plaster for application to the skin. It comprises an adhesive layer (1), a printed carrier layer (2), a coating layer (3) comprising at least one fragrance and a removable protective layer (4). In one particular embodiment, the fragrance is contained in microcapsules.

Multilayered plaster for application to the skin, which comprises an adhesive layer (1), a printed carrier layer (2), a coating layer (3) comprising at least one fragrance and a removable protective layer (4).
A method of releasing fragrance into the surrounding area which comprises of exposing an article comprising an adhesive layer (1), a printed carrier layer (2) and a coating layer comprising at least one fragrance to the surrounding area.
