- R4 is C1-C8 alkyl, C2-C8 alkenyl, or C2-C8 alkynyl, optionally substituted with 1-3 substituents selected from the group consisting of halogen, cyano, hydroxy, C1-C8 alkoxyl, —SH, C1-C8 thioalkyl, amino, C1-C8 alkylamino, di(C1-C8 alkyl)amino, C1-C8 alkylsulfonyl, formyl, and COOH;
